Heat the oven to 220˚ C, 200˚ C fan oven, gas mark 7.
Spread the Philadelphia evenly over the pizza bases. Arrange the pepper slices on top and dot over the pesto. Finish with a sprinkling of pine nuts.
Put the pizza bases on to lightly greased baking trays and bake for 10-12 minutes until the topping is cooked. If liked, serve garnished with some fresh basil leaves.
