This fruity fro-yo will save you from reaching for sugar-loaded ice creams. Use the ice cube tray that comes with your freezer or, if you don’t have one, cupcake cases work just as well. You can also use a flavoured yogurt, swap the berries for diced mango or add a small dollop of chocolate spread
Fill each section of the ice cube tray about two-thirds of the way up with yogurt. Drizzle a little bit of honey into each section and stir through. Place the fruit pieces on top of the yogurt and freeze immediately. Leave for three hours.
Once frozen, taken the ice cube tray out of the freezer and run the back of the tray under some warm water for a few seconds – this will make it easier to remove the fruit cups. Tip the ice cube tray upside down on to a plate, gently bashing the back of the tray to release the fruit cups. Leave to soften on the plate for a couple of minutes before serving.
