Ingredients

  • 1 large Florida Pink Grapefruit, peeled, membrane removed, sectioned, chopped
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp green chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • Pinch of salt
