- 800 g watermelon, plus 4 wedges to garnish
- 200 ml Sainsbury's superior white rum
- 2 limes by Sainsbury's, squeezed
- 4 tbsp Sainsbury's Fairtrade white caster sugar
- 12 ice cubes
Place the watermelon (peeled, roughly chopped and seeds removed) in a blender, along with the white rum, the lime juice and the caster sugar.
Add enough ice cubes to fill the blender and blend until smooth.
Serve in tall glasses with a wedge of watermelon to garnish.
