Tropical fruit smoothie
This blend of exotic papaya, mango and zesty lime juice will transport you straight to the Caribbean

Ingredients
- 1 papaya, peeled, deseeded and cut into chunks
- 100g frozen mango chunks
- 1 lime, ½ juiced, ½ sliced
- 100ml skimmed milk
Method

Put the papaya, mango and lime juice into a blender. Add the milk and blend until smooth.

Fill 2 glasses with ice and pour over the smoothie. Serve garnished with a slice of lime.
