- 60 g young leaf spinach, washed
- 1 medium banana, peeled, chopped and frozen
- 200 ml skimmed milk
- 0.5 pomegranate (using the seeds to decorate)
- 2 sprigs fresh mint, to decorate
Put the spinach and banana into a blender, add the milk and blend until smooth.
Divide the smoothie between glasses. Sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
