Ingredients

  • 60 g young leaf spinach, washed
  • 1 medium banana, peeled, chopped and frozen
  • 200 ml skimmed milk
  • 0.5 pomegranate (using the seeds to decorate)
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint, to decorate

Method

    Put the spinach and banana into a blender, add the milk and blend until smooth.

    Divide the smoothie between glasses. Sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
