Ingredients

  • 4 Kiwis - 2 thinly slices, 2 roughly chopped
  • 200g Strawberries, halved and one saved for decoration
  • 2 banana - halved and a slice saved for decoration
  • 40g kale
  • 80g porridge oats
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 100mls Nord oat and hemp milk

Method

    First, decorate you glass with the thin slices of kiwi by pressing them to the sides. This step is optional but makes the drinks look extra pretty!

    Place the strawberries, half the banana, half the oats and half the oat milk into a blender with a small handful of crushed ice and whiz until smooth. Pour this mixture into the bottom half of the glass

    In a clean blender place the kiwi, kale, honey, half the banana, half the oats, and half the oat milk into a blender with a small handful of crushed ice and whiz until smooth. Pour this onto the strawberry mix

    To serve top with slices of strawberry, banana and kiwi. Enjoy!
