Ingredients

  • 1 handful ice (approx 100g), crushed
  • 2 medium bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 200 ml skimmed milk

Method

    Crush the ice in a blender and add the banana. Pour over the milk and blend until smooth.

    Divide between 2 large glasses or 4 mini milk bottles, if you have them, and serve.
