Ingredients

  • 40ml Passoa

  • 40ml vodka
  • 10ml vanilla syrup
  • 10ml fresh lime juice
  • 1 passion fruit - 1/2 pulp 1/2 for garnish

Method

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

      Shake 40ml vodka, 10ml vanilla syrup, 10ml fresh lime juice and the pulp of half a passion fruit

  3. 3

     Garnish with the other half passion fruit

  4. 4

     Serve with a shot of Prosecco
