- 300 ml skimmed milk
- Half an avocado, ripe (approx. 50g)
- 20 g baby leaf spinach
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 15 g agave syrup
- 1/8 tsp peppermint extract
- 4 ice cubes
Add the milk to the blender followed by all the other ingredients and ice cubes and whizz until, thick, smooth and frosty.
Add more ice cubes if you want your smoothie to be a bit frostier or slightly more agave syrup for sweetness.
Tip: Add pretty flag straws for a real "North Pole" vibe
