Ingredients

  • 50ml  Sainsbury's Superior White Rum 70cl
  • 0.5 lime cut into 4 wedges
  • 2 tsp caster sugar
  • 10 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • Soda Water
  • Sprig of Fresh Mint to garnish

    Muddle the lime juice, sugar and mint leaves in a tall glass
