• About 200g ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee, dissolved in 60ml boiling water, cooled
  • 400 ml skimmed milk
  • 4 tbsp chocolate sauce
  • Cocoa, to dust

    Put the ice in a large blender. Add the coffee, milk and chocolate sauce and blitz until smooth.

    Pour into glasses and dust with cocoa powder.
