- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 1 orange, juice and zest
- 1 liter ginger ale
- Mulled wine spice kit
Heat the lemon and orange zest and juice in a pan with the ginger ale and mulled wine spice kit (follow pack instructions on how much to use). Bring to the boil, then remove from the heat and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
Pour this winter warmer into glasses and serve while still hot.
Cook's tip: if you want to add a bit of a kick to your punch and turn it into more of a hot toddy, add 100ml whisky to the mixture.
