Ingredients
- 50ml Whitley Neil blackberry gin
- handful of ice
- light tonic water
- Cloudy apple juice
- wedge of lemon
- Mint sprig

Fill your glass with ice

Add the gin, and top up with the juice and tonic, then mix together
