- 360 ml apple and raspberry juice drink
- 6 oranges, squeezed
- 1 bottle vintage cava, chilled
- sprigs fresh mint, to garnish
Quarter-fill 12 champagne flutes or small wine glasses with apple and raspberry drink, then squeeze the juice of half an orange into each glass and top up with the chilled cava.
Garnish with sprigs of fresh mint and serve immediately.
