• 150g unsalted butter, cubed
  • 150g smooth dark chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 200g caster sugar
  • 50g ground almonds
  • 50g self-raising flour
  • 3 medium eggs, beaten

    Preheat the oven to 180ºC/gas mark 4. Place the butter, chocolate and sugar in a saucepan over a gentle heat until melted.

    Take off the heat and stir in the ground almonds, flour and beaten egg. Tip into an ovenproof dish and bake for 25-30 minutes. The pudding should still be gooey inside.
