- 100 g raspberries
- Zest of half orange
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 slice white bread
Wash the raspberries and pop in a small saucepan, along with the orange zest and juice.
Remove the crusts from the bread, tear it into pieces and add to the pan. Heat gently for 5 mins, until warmed through and the bread has dissolved. Use a wooden spoon to press into a purée.
