- ½ a ripe mango
- 1 large handful berries, such as strawberries or raspberries
- 1-2 tbsp natural yogurt (optional)
Peel and slice the mango down either side of the stone and cut into chunks. Put the flesh into a bowl.
Add the berries and mash together with a potato masher or hand-held blender. Add the yogurt, if using.
