- 1 mango, peeled and stoned
- 12 seedless grapes
- 2 x 135g packs flavoured sugar-free jelly of your choice
Cut the mango and grapes into small dice. Place in the bottom of 8 individual jelly moulds. Make up the jellies, according to packet instructions. Pour on top of the fruit and leave to set overnight.
Fill a bowl with hot water and quickly dip each bowl into it, then turn out the jellies onto a plate.
