- 250 g unsalted English butter by Sainsbury's, softened
- 500 g icing sugar, sieved
- 1 tsp Taste the Difference Madagascan vanilla extract
Beat the butter in a large bowl until soft.
Add half of the icing sugar and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix well.
Add the remaining icing sugar and beat for about 7 minutes until creamy and smooth.
