- 60 g frozen summer fruits
- 150 g low fat natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp clear honey
Let the frozen summer berries soften slightly then tip into a small bowl.
Add the natural yogurt and the honey and stir until well combined - the yogurt should turn a pale pink / purple colour once the juices from the summer fruits are all mixed in.
Divide the yogurt mixture between 4 x 50ml lolly moulds and freeze for 4 hours until solid.
