- 350 g sweet potatoes by Sainsbury's
- 85 g gluten, wheat, diary and egg-free luxury plain chocolate
- 1 level tbsp cocoa by Sainsbury's
Peel and boil the sweet potatoes until soft.
Allow to cool and stir in the melted gluten, wheat, dairy and egg-free luxury plain chocolate, plus one level tbsp of cocoa.
Mix until smooth and then freeze. Once it's firm enough, shape into scoops and freeze until completely solid. Place in an air-tight plastic bag and store in the freezer until required.
