- 4 small-medium bananas
- 25 g toffee, chopped
Take each banana and carefully cut down the length of the inside curve of the skin. Ease the skin apart to reveal the banana.
Make a few cuts into the banana and push a small piece of toffee into each cut. Partially close the skin over each banana, then loosely wrap in foil.
Place the bananas directly on the coals and cook for 10-15 minutes. Using long tongs carefully lift the bananas from the coals and cool for a few minutes before eating by scooping out the melted toffee bananas with a teaspoon.
