- 300 g strawberries or raspberries, washed
- 350 ml fruit juice, such as orange or apple
Pop the berries into a blender or food processor (or use a hand-held blender). Add the fruit juice and blend until smooth.
Fill the moulds almost to the top and put into the freezer overnight. When it’s time to eat the lollies, you may need to dip the mould into hot water for a couple of seconds to help the lolly slide out.
