- 225g pack crumble mix
- 40g Scottish porridge oats
- 200g frozen blueberries
- 500g Bramley cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced
- 40g caster sugar
Preheat the oven to 190ºC, fan 170ºC, gas 5. Put the apples and frozen blueberries into a 1-litre ovenproof dish and sprinkle over the caster sugar.
Combine the crumble mix with the oats and scatter over the fruit. Bake for 50 minutes, until the topping is golden.
