• 50ml Courvoisier VSOP
  • 50ml Milk (cow/oak/almond/soy)
  • 2tbsp Caster Sugar
  • 25ml Vanilla/Caramel/Butterscotch Syrup
  • 2tbsp L'OR Classique Instant Coffee
  • 2tbsp Hot Water
  • Ice
  • Electric/Hand Whisk

    Create the Dalgona mixture through whisking the coffee, sugar and water together until it is light brown, fluffy and holds stiff when the whisk is removed.

    In a cocktail or protein shaker, add 25ml vanilla/caramel/butterscotch syrup together with the milk and Courvoisier VSOP.

     Shake with ice and strain into chilled martini glass.

    Spoon over Dalgona mixture and top with L'OR Classique Instant Coffee or cocoa powder
