• 50ml Caleno
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 2tsp Monin sugar syrup
  • 1tbsp smooth cranberry sauce
  • 2tbsp hot water
  • Crushed ice - to serve
  • Few fresh cranberries - to garnish

    Mix the cranberry sauce with hot water to make a syrup.

    Shake the Caleno, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker or stir with ice cubes in a cocktail mixing glass

    Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with crushed ice.

    Drizzle the cranberry syrup over the crushed ice so it bleeds into the drink to create a marbling effect.

    Decorate with fresh cranberries.
