Ingredients

For the chocolate houmous

  • 1 tin of chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp Manilife peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp – milk, we used soya milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of salt

To serve

  • 2 pears
  • 150g blueberries
  • 400g strawberries
  • 150g pretzels
  • 40g mini ricecakes

Method

    Simply blitz together the ingredients for the houmous and set aside

    Arrange the snacks and fruits on a board around the houmous and serve straight away!
