• 300ml skimmed milk
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 20g baby leaf spinach
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 15g agave syrup
  • 1/8 tsp peppermint extract

    Add all the ingredients to a blender with some ice and whizz until, thick, smooth and frosty.

    Add more ice cubes if you want your smoothie to be a bit frostier or slightly more agave syrup for sweetness.
