• 6 The Black Farmer Jerk sausages
  • 1 red onion - cut into chunks
  • 1 sweet potato - into bitesize chunks
  • 150g mango - cut into chunks
  • 2tsp The Groovy Food Company agave syrup
  • 50g Karyatis roasted red pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sainsbury’s jerk paste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 10g fresh parsley - chopped small to scatter

    Heat oven to 200°C, gas mark 6

  2. 2

    Place the red onion, mango chunks, sweet potato, agave syrup and peppadew peppers into a roasting tin. Add the Jerk mix and olive oil and toss well so all the ingredients are covered, then add in the sausages

    Roast for around 25-30 minutes, give the tray a mix around about half way through.
