The Black Farmer, has created this delicious recipe for Sainsbury's, using his award-winning sausages with mango and Jerk seasoning - creating an easy one-pot dinner using classic Caribbean flavours.
Heat oven to 200°C, gas mark 6
Place the red onion, mango chunks, sweet potato, agave syrup and peppadew peppers into a roasting tin. Add the Jerk mix and olive oil and toss well so all the ingredients are covered, then add in the sausages
Roast for around 25-30 minutes, give the tray a mix around about half way through.
