- 50g porridge oats
- 150ml whole milk
- 1 tbsp blueberries, to serve
- 2 tsp runny honey, to serve
Spoon the oats into a small non-stick saucepan. Add 200ml water, stir and leave to stand for 2-5 minutes.
Add to a hob on a medium heat and stir for a few moments. Add a pinch of salt and the milk, then stir over a medium heat for up to 5 minutes until creamy and thickened.
Pour into a bowl, top with blueberries and drizzle with honey.
