- 2 nectarines, washed, stoned and sliced
- 250 g red seedless grapes, washed, larger ones halved
- 1 honeydew melon, peeled, deseeded and chopped
- 2 kiwi fruit, peeled, halved and sliced
- 1 lemon, juiced
Put the prepared fruit in a large bowl. Add the lemon juice and toss everything together.
Cover with cling film and keep in the fridge. Use within three days.
