Blackberry and apple crumble
Preheat the oven to 180ºC, fan 160ºC, gas 4. Put the apples and sugar in a large pan with 1 tablespoon water. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until the apples are soft.
Add the blackberries to the pan with the cooked apples, then transfer the fruit to a 1-litre ovenproof dish.
