• 4 Belgian waffles
  • 75g Greek-style natural yogurt
  • 1 banana, sliced, to serve
  • 20g blueberries
  • 20g raspberries
  • 1 tbsp honey

    Toast 4 of the waffles according to the instructions on the packet. Stack them up on a plate, dotting 1 tsp of the yogurt on each layer, along with a little fruit.

    To serve, sprinkle over the remaining fruit, dollop on the rest of the yogurt and drizzle the honey all over.
