- 240 g tropical fruit smoothie
- 250 ml English apple and William pear juice
- 75 g Greek-style natural yogurt
- 2 ripe Comice pears
Pour the frozen tropical fruit smoothie mix into a blender with the apple and pear juice, the yogurt and the peeled and deseeded pears.
Whizz until smooth, then serve.
Cook's tip: for baby, add usual milk to apple, pear and yogurt if consistency is a little thick.
