- 50 g popping popcorn
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 25 g dark chocolate, melted
- 15 g mini marshmallows
Place the popcorn in a heavy based saucepan or metal dish and add the oil.
Top with a lid and then place the pan on the coals.
Heat for 5-10 minutes, shaking the pan with the lid tightly in place and then watch as the corn pops.
When popped, remove the pan from the heat and cool for a few moments, sprinkle over the chocolate and marshmallows and serve.
