- 6 ripe peaches
- 4 tsp light soft brown sugar OR 3 tbsp runny honey (only suitable for children over 12 months)
- ½ tsp Madagascan vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp natural yogurt
Preheat the oven to 180°C, fan 160°C, gas 4.
Cut the peaches in half, remove the stones and put the peaches into an ovenproof dish, then add a drop of vanilla extract into each. Sprinkle over the sugar or drizzle over the honey and bake for 10-15 mins.
Serve with yogurt.
