- 400 g SO organic bunched carrots, tops trimmed, peeled and halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil by Sainsbury's
- juice and finely shredded zest of 1 orange
- 2 tbsp clear honey by Sainsbury's
Preheat the oven to 200ºC, 180ºC, gas 6. Put the carrots in a baking dish and drizzle over the oil and orange juice. Season with black pepper, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Stir in the orange zest and honey. Bake, uncovered, for a further 15 minutes, until tender.
