Super sticky and delicious these moreish chicken meatballs make a delightful dinner or even served up by themselves make an excellent canape or snack.

1. to make the meatballs in a large bowl add the mince, along with the soy, oil, onions, paste and oats - combine well then add the egg
2. Pre-heat the oven to 180 - and prepare a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
3. Using wet hands or a tablespoon, make walnut sized rounds and place on the baking sheet
4. Bake the meatballs for around 25-30 mins - after around 20 minutes give the meatballs a brush of the glaze and carry on cooking
While the meatballs are cooking prepare the rice and greens. Once the meatballs are ready, brush over more glaze and prepare your rice and steam greens
Serve all the elements together, with a drizzle more of the glaze and garnish with some sesame and spring onions.
