• 750ml Alpro Almond unsweetened
  • 500ml Oats
  • 250ml Water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 figs
  • Chopped almonds
  • Chia seeds
  • Red berries

    Pre heat the oven to 180°C

    Add the Alpro almond unsweetened, oats, water and a pinch of salt to a large pot

    Place over a medium heat, bring to the boil and stir continuously till the porridge starts to thicken

    Place the figs on a baking tray, place in the oven and roast slightly. 

  5. 5

    Serve the porridge with roasted figs and red berries.  Dress with chia seeds and chopped almonds.
