Pour 850 ml Alpro original into a small saucepan and add cardamom, cloves, black peppercorns, cinnamon, sliced ginger, vanilla pod and the vanilla seeds. On a medium heat, simmer until the mixture becomes aromatic, about 15 minutes. Whisk in the honey and drop the tea bags in the pan and let simmer for 3 minutes.
Pour the remaining 150ml Alpro soya original into another small saucepan and bring to the boil. Whisk until you get enough foam.
Strain the tea mixture into a mug using a fine mesh strainer filling the cup two thirds of the way to the top.
Add the foamed Alpro original to the tea, filling the cup to the top. Serve to with a pinch of cinnamon powder or ground black pepper. Be swept away to India and back!
