- 1 pizza base
- 1 tbsp tomato purée
- 60g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 30g mature cheddar, grated
- 50g naturally sweet sweetcorn, drained
- 60g roast chicken breast, shredded
Preheat the oven to 200°C/gas mark 6. Use a 9cm biscuit cutter to cut out 4 circles from one of the pizza bases.
Spread a little of the tomato purée on to each mini base. Arrange the cherry tomatoes, cheddar, sweetcorn and chicken on top of the mini pizzas.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted and turned golden.
