- 10 ready to eat dried figs by Sainsbury's
- 250 g Reece's Creamery Wensleydale cheese by Sainsbury's, cubed
- 4 crispy smoked bacon rashers by Sainsbury's, broken into shards
- thyme leaf, washed, to garnish
Preheat the oven to 180 C, fan 160 C, gas 4.
Trim the stalks off each fig and cut open. Stuff each cavity with between 15-25g of the cheese.
Arrange the figs on a baking tray and bake for 5 -10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and garnish with bacon and thyme.
