Ingredients

  • 10 ready to eat dried figs by Sainsbury's
  • 250 g Reece's Creamery Wensleydale cheese by Sainsbury's, cubed
  • 4 crispy smoked bacon rashers by Sainsbury's, broken into shards
  • thyme leaf, washed, to garnish

Method

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 180 C, fan 160 C, gas 4.

  2. 2

    Trim the stalks off each fig and cut open. Stuff each cavity with between 15-25g of the cheese.

    Arrange the figs on a baking tray and bake for 5 -10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Remove from the oven and garnish with bacon and thyme.
