Ingredients

  • 3 tsp harissa
  • 150 g half fat crème fraîche
  • 320 g chargrilled cooked chicken slices
  • 4 little gem hearts, washed (leaves only)
  • Fresh chives, snipped

Method

    Stir the harissa into the crème fraîche, then mix in the chicken.

    Spoon into the lettuce and top with chives.
