- 4 English muffins
- 4 tbsp Italian passata
- 4 fresh tomatoes, sliced
- 60 g mature grated Cheddar
Preheat the grill to medium. Halve the muffins and toast lightly on both sides.
Spread the cut-side of each muffin with ½ tablespoon of the passata, top with overlapping slices of tomato and sprinkle over the Cheddar.
Return to the grill and grill for 1-2 minutes, until the cheese has melted and is golden and bubbling.
