- 120g mild cheddar, grated
- 3 tbsp reduced-sugar-and-salt tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 8 slices crustless wholemeal bread
Mix the cheddar with the tomato ketchup and parsley. Flatten the slices of bread using a rolling pin and spread with the cheese mix.
Roll up firmly, and cut each one into 2 pieces. Arrange on a serving plate.
