Transform a bag of frozen berries into a tangy soft scoop frozen pud

 

 

It's a case of blitzing together frozen berries, some yogurt, custard and a good squeeze of runny honey.

  1. If not using immediately,  freeze the ice in a rectangular freezer proof container for easy scooping.
  2. Have all non frozen  ingredients as chilled as possible.
  3. Add lightly whipped double cream to the berries for a decadent treat.

 

Cook’s tip:  If the  berry ice  needs a little freezer boost, pop into the freezer for 10-15 minutes to firm up.
