Crisp on the outside, soft and fruity in the centre, these cookies are so moreish you’ll not resist seconds

  1. Preheat the oven to 180º C,160º C, Fan. Grease two or three baking sheets with a little margarine.
  2. In a bowl mix together the margarine, sugar, oats, flour, vanilla and eggs.
  3. Mix in the blueberries. Drop 16 spoonfuls onto the prepared sheets and spread out with the edge of a spoon. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden.
  4. Lift onto a wire rack and cool.
