Lemon juice and sugar. Pah! This is how you really do pancakes
Just when we’d just about managed to get our pancake batter into perfectly-formed circles (well, sort of), a new wave of pancakes comes along that leaves us stumped. Gah.
It’s clear we need to up our pancake game, and these are pretty flippin’ sweet.
From a kangaroo to a koala, these Australian outback-inspired pancakes almost look too good to eat. Almost.
What child (or, let’s face it, adult) could resist this Beatrix Potter culinary creation?
Float like a butterfly
The only insects we’ll be eating this year. Fact.
The stuff of little boys’ dreams.
A roaring success
The only time we’d be pleased to see one of these in the morning (or any other time, in fact).
Plain pancakes have never looked so good.
The fire starter
The devil really is in the detail.
A whale of a time
Yes, that really is a pancake. We might just file this under 'inspiration'.
There’s a moose, loose…
It might be simpler in design (well, in comparison), but this moose still puts our traditional flat pancakes to shame.
