The good-living A-list actor has a spicy secret: she pours hot sauce on absolutely everything
When it comes to Jessica Alba, our motto is: we'll have what she's having (that applies to movie roles, clothes, food, hairstyles and so on).
We know she's a fan of coconut water, and, from her Instagram feed, we've figured out her coffee order (triple-shot iced latte). We've also admired her homemade lunch that looks way better than any sandwich we've made lately – chocolate hazelnut, banana and almond butter on wholegrain bread with veggies and two dips, anyone?
She's also addicted to hot sauce.
In an interview with Delish, Alba admitted the most unexpected thing you'd find inside her fridge is hot sauce. "I have five or six different types in my fridge," says Alba. "You can almost always find spicy buffalo wing sauce, Tabasco – [I] love the vinegar flavour – sriracha, Cholula, and at least one habanero sauce. Anything habanero-Caribbean-flavoured, I'm down with."
She's also a fan of pink himalayan salt in her drinking water, apparently. (We don't recommend this, by the way).
Of course, her kids eat their vegetables (voluntarily!) and Alba says you're most likely to find her making a salad with her own dressing on any given night. Us too, Jess. Us too.
"I'll often make a chicken quesadilla with corn tortillas and gallons of hot sauce. Literally. It's like I'm trying to burn a hole through my stomach. It's so good. It's such a problem!"
Excuse us while we go stock up on some sriracha.
